Booster RH is operated by Dr. Hines Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Messages are sent by Booster RH on behalf of the specific booster club you belong to — for example, "Union Leadership Boosters". The club's name appears in the message so you always know who is texting you. Booster RH does not send you texts about Booster RH itself, and does not text you on behalf of any club you are not a member of.
| You may receive | You will never receive |
|---|---|
|
A reminder about a volunteer shift you signed up for An event that moved, was cancelled, or is starting soon A dues or payment reminder for your own student An urgent message from your club's board (weather, safety, pickup) |
Advertising, promotions, discounts or sales Fundraising appeals from anyone other than your own club Anything from a third party Anything at all if you have not opted in |
Message frequency varies and depends on your club's activity and what you have signed up for. In a typical week most families receive none; during an event week you might receive two or three. There is no fixed schedule and no daily message.
Message and data rates may apply. Booster RH does not charge you anything to receive texts. Depending on your mobile plan, your carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. STOP works from the phone itself and always wins — it applies even if the number was entered by someone else, and it cannot be undone by anyone typing your number back into a form. To start again, text START from that same phone, or opt in again from your own account.
You can also turn texts off at any time from your Booster RH account, under your profile. That has the same effect for future messages.
Reply HELP to any message and you will get a reply with contact details. You can also email support@boosterrh.com at any time.
Messages are supported on major US mobile carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed — it depends on your carrier, your device and your signal. Because delivery cannot be guaranteed, your club will always also post genuinely important information in the app and by email, so a text is never the only place something appears.
When you opt in we record your phone number, the date and time, and the exact wording of the consent you agreed to. We keep that record so we can show, if asked, that you agreed and what you agreed to. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information generally, and our Terms of Service for everything else.
If we change how this programme works in a way that affects what you receive, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, ask you to opt in again rather than assuming your old consent covers it.
