Volunteer Sign-up Sheets
You post the shifts once. Parents tap the link and claim one — no sign-up, no password, no app. You can see at a glance which slot is still empty, and so can they, which is usually enough to fill it.
Group Messaging
Separate channels for the board, the volunteers and each team, so the concession-stand conversation isn't happening in the same thread as the budget. Scroll back and last September is still there — you can keep loading older messages until you hit the day the channel started. And when somebody posts the wrong thing, it can come down.
Smart Finances
Photograph the receipt at the register and it's attached to the transaction, not curling up in your glovebox. When June comes and you hand the job to somebody else, you hand them a login — not a banker's box and an apology.
Dues
You open the roster, find their kid, tap Mark paid, and type "cash, at the October meeting" in the box. That's it. The line now says who marked it and when — so in March, when the same parent says they already paid, nobody has to remember. It's written down, next to their name, with your name on it.
Card payments aren't live yet, so this is how money gets recorded: you take the cash or the check the way you always have, and the ledger stops living in your head.
Per-event budgets
Every event gets its own little budget — what you expect to bring in, what you expect to spend, and what actually happened. Not the club's whole ledger. Just this one night, so the answer to the question at the next board meeting is a number instead of a shrug.
Onboarding Pipeline
Your club has a short join code and a join link. Put either on the season letter, in the team group text, on the sign at registration night — a parent enters it, picks their kid, and they're in. You can rotate the code whenever you want, which is what you do in August when last year's code has been forwarded around all summer.

Trust & safety
The short version a principal or district office will ask for. The full version is on our For schools page and in the Privacy Policy.
Most students appear only as a name, a grade and their clubs, entered by their parent or a club admin. They have no login and the service doesn't message them. Booster RH is not for children under 13.
Booster RH doesn't connect to your student information system or gradebook. Clubs only hold what parents and officers type in themselves.
No ads, no advertising profiles, no tracking across other apps. Families can delete their account from inside the app.
Data is stored in the United States and protected by row-level security, so an account reaches only the clubs it belongs to. Money access is limited to the officers you choose.
Cash, checks and your own Venmo go straight to the club. We take 0% and can't move a club's money.
