Meet Macy AI

Your AI-powered booster club assistant

She handles the busywork so you can focus on the kids. Tell Macy what you need — she sets it up, you approve. Nothing saves without a human saying yes.

  • Setup wizard: Macy builds your entire club website — words, photos, layout — in one conversation
  • Smart suggestions: drafts announcements, writes meeting minutes, recommends fundraiser ideas
  • Answers questions: "How much did we spend on supplies?" — answered from your real books
  • Photo-to-ledger: reads bank statements, Cash App screenshots, and PDFs automatically

Meet Macy

See what the best booster club app can do

Macy isn't a chatbot that answers trivia. She's an AI assistant trained on how booster clubs actually work — and she handles the busywork so you don't have to.

📸

Snap a photo of your Cash App transactions and Macy imports them automatically

No more typing line-by-line. Photograph your Cash App screen, Venmo history, or bank statement — Macy reads it, categorizes every transaction, and posts it to your ledger. You just approve.

📝

Ask Macy to draft an announcement and she writes it for you to approve

Tell her "write a reminder about the fundraiser deadline" and she drafts it in your club's voice, with the right details pulled from your calendar. Edit or send — your call.

🔔

Macy tells you who hasn't paid dues and sends reminders with one tap

No awkward texts. Macy identifies every family with an outstanding balance, drafts a polite reminder, and sends it through the app. You see who paid and who still owes.

📊

Ask "How did our last fundraiser compare to last year?" and get real analysis

Macy pulls numbers from both events, compares revenue, participation, and expenses, and gives you a plain-English summary with the data behind it.

⚠️

Macy flags compliance issues before they become problems

Overdue financial reports, low account balances, board seats sitting empty — Macy monitors everything and alerts you before the district asks questions.

🔄

New president? Macy already knows everything the last one learned

Your club's entire history — budgets, vendor contacts, what worked, what didn't — lives in the platform. Macy brings new leaders up to speed in minutes, not months.

AI-Powered Booster Club Platform

Watch Macy work

In the time it takes you to type a question, Macy has the answer — and can act on it. This is booster club management software that actually manages.

Announcements

Write it once, on Sunday, for Thursday

The bus is late and forty parents need to know now. Or the uniform fitting is Thursday and you'd rather write it while you're thinking about it. Post it now or set it to go out later, to everybody or just to one team — and it lands in the app where they'll actually see it, instead of in an email nobody opens.

  • Write it now, publish it Thursday morning
  • Send to everyone, or just the board, or just one team
  • Pin the one that matters so it stays at the top
  • Parents who switch notifications on get a buzz on their phone — it's one tap, and it works from the browser

Volunteer Sign-up Sheets

Nobody has to make an account to bring a crockpot

You post the shifts once. Parents tap the link and claim one — no sign-up, no password, no app. You can see at a glance which slot is still empty, and so can they, which is usually enough to fill it.

  • One tap to claim a shift — no account, no download
  • The open slots are visible to everyone, so the gap fills itself more often than you'd think
  • A reminder email goes out about two days before, so nobody has to be chased
  • Edit the event later and the shifts come with it — a slot somebody already claimed can't be deleted out from under them

Group Messaging

The group text, except it remembers

Separate channels for the board, the volunteers and each team, so the concession-stand conversation isn't happening in the same thread as the budget. Scroll back and last September is still there — you can keep loading older messages until you hit the day the channel started. And when somebody posts the wrong thing, it can come down.

  • Dedicated channels: Board, Volunteers, each team
  • History that keeps going — "load earlier messages" until you reach the beginning
  • Take a message down: the person who wrote it, or any officer, can remove it
  • Photo sharing for game shots and receipts
  • Nobody hands out their phone number to forty strangers

Smart Finances

The shoebox, but it adds itself up

Photograph the receipt at the register and it's attached to the transaction, not curling up in your glovebox. When June comes and you hand the job to somebody else, you hand them a login — not a banker's box and an apology.

  • Photo receipts attached to the transaction they belong to
  • Budget against actual, so "are we OK?" has an answer
  • Every family can see their own balance and what it's made of, without asking you
  • A printable board report you can save as a PDF and attach to the minutes

Dues

A parent hands you $60 in the parking lot. Now what?

You open the roster, find their kid, tap Mark paid, and type "cash, at the October meeting" in the box. That's it. The line now says who marked it and when — so in March, when the same parent says they already paid, nobody has to remember. It's written down, next to their name, with your name on it.

  • One list: who's paid, who's waived, who still owes, and how many
  • Every change is stamped with who made it and when — visible right on the row
  • Waive a family quietly, with a private note about why
  • The record survives the family leaving the club. An audit its subject can erase isn't an audit

Card payments aren't live yet, so this is how money gets recorded: you take the cash or the check the way you always have, and the ledger stops living in your head.

Per-event budgets

"Did homecoming actually make money?"

Every event gets its own little budget — what you expect to bring in, what you expect to spend, and what actually happened. Not the club's whole ledger. Just this one night, so the answer to the question at the next board meeting is a number instead of a shrug.

  • Income and expense lines on the event itself, where you'll look for them
  • Anyone in the club can open it and read it — the coach, the new VP, the parent who asked
  • Only the people you gave money access can change a number. Everyone else sees exactly the same figures, greyed out
  • It's still there next year, when somebody plans the same event again

Onboarding Pipeline

Two ways in, and neither of them is you typing everyone's name

Your club has a short join code and a join link. Put either on the season letter, in the team group text, on the sign at registration night — a parent enters it, picks their kid, and they're in. You can rotate the code whenever you want, which is what you do in August when last year's code has been forwarded around all summer.

  • A short code parents can read off a flyer, and a link you can paste anywhere — both go to the same place
  • A QR code for the table at registration night
  • New code any time, one tap — the old one stops working
  • Paste your parent email list and send the invite from your own inbox, so replies come back to you and not to us

Role-Based Dashboards

Every hat gets exactly what it needs

Booster clubs run on a handful of volunteers wearing big hats. Each role sees a dashboard built for their job — not a generic screen with everything crammed in.

👑

President

The whole club at a glance: members, money, events, and volunteer coverage. Post announcements, open shifts, and see what needs attention — one screen, always current.

📊

Treasurer

Books that keep themselves. Snap a photo of the bank statement — Macy matches payments to students, picks categories, saves the proof. Hand off to next year's treasurer in minutes.

📣

VP / Admin

Manage events, volunteer shifts, and announcements. See sign-up progress in real time. Send targeted push notifications to specific teams or the whole club.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Parent / Family

One login, every club. See dues, events, and sign-ups for every kid in every sport — football and band, one screen. Volunteer from the couch, at 10pm, without ringing anybody.

🏫

For School Districts

One dashboard for every booster club in your district

Superintendents and athletic directors get read-only oversight of every club's finances, compliance, and activity — without chasing down paperwork.

  • District dashboard — see every club's balance, member count and filing status at a glance.
  • Financial oversight — aggregate income and expenses across all clubs. Drill into any club's full ledger.
  • Annual sanctioning — set a deadline, auto-generate financial reports, and track which clubs have submitted. One-tap reminders for clubs that haven't.
  • Policy compliance — define sanctioning requirements and auto-check them against live data: minimum balance, board size, annual financials.
  • Club bylaws — every club's bylaws are stored, versioned, and reviewable. District can require approval before changes take effect.
  • Activity feed — real-time feed of transactions, announcements, events, and campaigns across all clubs.
  • AI monitoring — Macy flags policy violations automatically: low balances, overdue submissions.

Simple pricing

Families never pay. We never touch your fundraising.

No per-family charge, ever. And no cut of what you raise — card payments aren't live yet, so money still comes in by cash, check or your own Venmo, and none of it passes through us. When card payments do arrive, our share of them stays zero.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Booster RH is booster club management software. It gives every booster club in a school district one family login, a shared calendar, no-account volunteer sign-ups, dues tracking with an audit trail, fundraising campaigns with no platform fee, group messaging, per-student accounts, a treasurer dashboard, and an AI assistant named Macy. Card payments are not live yet — clubs record what came in by cash or check, and the ledger is the same either way.
Plans are quoted to the size of your club or district. There's no per-family charge, families never pay, and Booster RH takes 0% of what you raise through fundraising. Tell us how many clubs you run and we'll put a number to it.
No. Families always use Booster RH for free. Only the booster club pays — $19.99 a month, or $199 a year, after a 14-day free trial. A club that never subscribes keeps the calendar, messaging and volunteer sign-ups.
Not yet in the app stores. Booster RH runs in any phone browser today — calendar, sign-ups, dues, chat and Macy all work there — and on both iPhone and Android you can add it to your home screen, where it opens like an app and can buzz your phone. Native apps are built and in review. We will change this line when they are live and not a day earlier.
Those tools solve one problem each — sign-ups or messaging. Booster RH replaces the entire stack: sign-ups, messaging, payments, a treasurer ledger, fundraising, a club website, and an AI assistant. One app, one login, everything connected.
Not today. No screening provider is connected and no background check can be run through Booster RH. The screening feature exists in the software and is switched off. If it is enabled in a future release, the check would be performed by a separate screening agency, not by us, and the volunteer would review and sign that agency's own disclosure and authorisation first — nothing on this site or in our Terms is a consent to a background check. See Terms, section 15.
Yes. Every club gets its own branded public page — Macy can write the copy and pick the photos — plus an online merch store for spirit wear, gear, and tickets.

Bring Booster RH to your district

Live product, real logins, real ledger — not a slide deck. Try the family flow yourself, then let's talk about your clubs.
